Mechanical Engg. is an engineering branch that was developed from the application of physics and material science. According to the American heritage dictionary, it is the branch of engineering that encompasses the generation and application of heat and mechanical power and the design, production and use of the machine and tools.It is one of the oldest engineering branches.
